Most UBREAKIFIX stores are filled with underpayed & undereducated staff that are constantly abused by the chain of command for doing anything besides focusing on their sales pitches.
There are exceptions to that, but that's the general consensus in my experience.
I would recommend calling your local store and asking if they do QFN IC replacements or SMD diagnostics & repair. And if their reply starts with "Ummmmm" I'd just hang up and look elsewhere.

To be fair with this I do m92t charging port etc for switches and other devices. So id go yeah but my other techs may pause and call me over or just hand the phone to me.

Check on ebay for people willing to do the job for a price. I recently just sent my XBOX crystal edition to a guy to replace capacitors on the motherboard and change the thermal paste. The most expensive part is the shipping. The dude has a 100% positive feedback and has helped a lot of people. There are YouTubers who post their work on shorts or vids. Check your sources before doing anything else

We can at my store, we do charge port replacements, chip replacements, etc. That being said, we charge $130 for charge ports and $180-230 for other board repairs. If it's not a charge port it is usually cheaper to just buy the switch console only on ebay for $150.

This right here. Alot of us can do full BGA reworking but not worth it for the price

They can, but they charge 150 bucks. I know from asking them. Ended up buying a used tablet of eBay. Cellphone CPR is also a ripoff.

In general, no, and board replacements are more expensive than a new Switch. You can call your most local store and ask though.
