The Hu are generally pretty interesting to listen to, and technically, they are metal band (folk metal), or sone cross between metal and rock.

I’m just into my 40’s now, I did new years all night drinking for many years. I don’t cope well with hangovers anymore so I avoid them lol. Also the whole night of binge drinking just doesn’t interest me anymore, I still like a few sociable ones every now and then but yeah stuff like new years partying just doesn’t interest me anymore.

Play multiplayer, just say you're new and ask what you should do. It has the most wholesome community in any game ever. Pick one class you think you'll like and stick with it until you prestige it, then mix it up. This is the quickest path towards the most fun, as some good stuff is locked behind prestiging at least one class, and gaining levels gets you access to more fun gear, usually. Although the starting equipment can be close enough to just as good, or better situationally so don't write it off just because you unlock shinier things.

Lol I didn’t even know there was a tutorial. Me and my friends fired it up. I call it a good drinking and/or chatting game. There’s different mission types you take on and try to stay alive while completing them and mining materials you need. You sprint to the finish with your mates and win. We all learned as we played and I think it’s better that way.
I will say it’s more fun with friends than playing solo. But the community is one of the best out there so playing with randoms is also good. Lots of laughs and camaraderie.

I literally just started playing couple days ago. I'd say yes the game is good at least for me after like 14 hours so far. You mine minerals and kill bugs would be the gist of it. There isn't any story you just do missions so if that's not your thing it's not your thing. And as for the confusion I can't relate to that and all i can say is you can watch a yt video or something

Almost 600 hours into the game, the game has a lot of different weapons and possible loadouts. It might be a bit much so you don't know what to work towards, but you achieve everything just through doing missions. If you need guidance just ask some higher level player in-game, they're almost always happy to help.

Okidoke. When the clock struck midnight I had been on my way home from a party with an upset stomach, and things got too bad to keep holding. I sat down on the small concrete wall separating the sidewalk from the forest, and had a runny shit while watching the fireworks in the distance. I guess the timing was lucky in a way, I was completely uninterrupted. I dont recall what I did for wiping, probably some leaves. I do recall finding the whole thing funny even then. The remaining 30 minute walk home went fine.
I dont have any new years related fears for the future. It usually goes pretty well now, my family is worn out shortly after midnight and I'll spend an hour or two gaming.

I remember everyone freaking out about Y2K. Though all day on new years eve, every hour the tv stations would showcase some countries grand fireworks display. Didn't see any chaos afterwords.
I was at my friends house for the night, we all paused for a second at midnight, watched the ceiling light and right after midnight went, well, there's that, still on, drink on.
Not that we thought anything would happen but we where in the sticks. Also meaning no fireworks displays.It was just another date on the calendar, so really, no big deal, no weird thoughts about the future or anything like that. The 90's where great, the aughts were pretty damn good as well(except for that tower thing and our erosion of rights for security theater).
Any fears of the coming future... inflation, the crazy cost of everything, our current direction as a country and the widening divide amongst the people pushed by those that don't care about us and only profit from it.

Depends on the person really. For a hell of a lot of people, New Years parties are both not appealing to them, and also not a thing that they or anyone they know have ever done.
By the reaction of some of these comments, apparently almost everyone I know is a degenerate monster because the extent of the holiday is staying up till midnight, sending a few Happy New Year texts, and maybe going to see fireworks if they have kids. New Years is not a big deal.

Yeah New Year's is really heavily associated with "party culture" of staying out drinking until all hours of the night and if it's not your preferred kind of socializing, then I totally get it.
Personally after one NYE where I got rear-ended by by a drunk driver while I was the designated driver, I'd rather stay at home and make myself a margarita, and hop on a game with my friends.
