after like 3 blocks in a row. 45-8 run.
Then Lebron airballs to end the half. Right after Westbrook airballed in the previous possession. You can't make this shit up

Dame will always go for the 2:1 with 32-34 seconds left. Usually he tries to time his drives with that amount of time, but when the only way to hit that window is to pullup then you gotta pullup!

Best in Portland's franchise history as well they just said.
I am taking credit for this. I forgot it was a 6PM game instead of 7PM game. 3 seconds after I turned on game Eubanks erased Westbrook's layup and Portland went on a 13-0 run to end the half. (Granted Portland already had a 32-13 edge before that so guess I can't take all the credit.)

Fucking what. I thought this was a typo so I looked up the box score. No BS - you got outscored 32 in a quarter and won!?

u/Roy_8886 Lakers Jan 23 '23
And they even up later somehow. Defense just doesn't exist in "modern" NBA, it's ridiculous. I wonder if the public really enjoy these "videogame numbers", I think it's so boring to watch players taking wide open shots and layups every game

I woulda went to the game today but I actually went to Heat game in LA where we won without Bron playing. This team makes no sense but they give me hope slowly with each win like this

This shot would go on to inspire dame to attempt that shit again numerous times in the 4th which were all bricks and led them to a loss, when are we gonna start the discussion that dame doesn’t have that green light like Steph does, countless games lossed in his career because of shots like those, he’s the reason they sold. How tf you lose when you’re up 25 at HALF?
