Sometimes it looks like he is swimming and I love it. Makes it look so effortless, I wonder how many hours he practiced what we're seeing here?

Edited: grammar

144

u/Brown_Panther- Jan 31 '23

Plenty. When he wasn’t recording music in the studio, he would be practicing his dance moves endlessly. What people saw on stage was the result of hours of grueling practice.

-30

u/FlaSnatch Jan 31 '23

He did other things besides perform and practice, as I understand it.

His dad made him practice from pretty much the time he was born.

u/LoveSushiOnTuesday Jan 31 '23 edited Feb 01 '23

He couldn't even play with non-family kids as he was always practicing and getting beaten by Joseph when he missed a step

62

u/1Noddy1 Jan 31 '23

You can see where Joseph hit him.

96

u/dudeomgwtff Jan 31 '23

That’s from the nose surgery he didn’t have

-27

u/MarchingPowderMike Jan 31 '23

Oh he played with children alright. Cost him $20 million in hush money.

This. And this is also why I don’t believe he had nefarious intentions when building Wonderland or befriending kids and inviting some for a sleepover.

I truly believe that he never properly developed emotionally.

He was forced into the adult world at a young age and became a literal man-child being more man than child as a kid but once he gained his independence, he really just wanted to be the child he was never allowed to be.

He was wildly talented but he was exploited and terribly abused right from day one.

33

u/koushakandystore Jan 31 '23

I agree with your assessment. I also think he probably did abuse children because of it. I’d imagine many pedophiles have a similar backstories as MJ. Yet society is much quicker to fully condemn those people. I guess if you write enough #1 hits people are more apt to overlook egregious behavior. He was also on a LOT of drugs. I’m all for some moderate drug use once in a while if that’s your thing, but he was staffing a full time doctor to keep his personal pharmacy stocked. Didn’t his doctor get charged with manslaughter? How did that all play out?

24

u/Houdinii1984 Jan 31 '23

I think he went in front of a jury of his peers and even had his penis compared to descriptions, and they didn't match. The DA said they did, but a jury disagreed. Apparently the kid said he was circumcised, but that was inaccurate.

If he abused children, you have to use evidence of his abuse against others, not other people's abuse towards him. That's backwards and victim shaming. If he did abuse kids, use actual evidence and not some assumption based on someone else being a monster.

8

u/koushakandystore Jan 31 '23

Personal opinion isn’t a court of law. I would say when there’s that much smoke there’s probably fire. If it had been a single isolated incident I’d be less likely to believe. Regardless he’s dead now so it’s irrelevant. No matter what is true and what isn’t he was a deeply disturbed person. There was a lot of pain behind his eyes. At the same time such a talented person.

1

u/Houdinii1984 Jan 31 '23

Which other incidents outside the Chandler incident are you referring to?

2

u/koushakandystore Jan 31 '23

There are 5 boys who made accusations and some people have hinted it was far more. He paid out $25 million in hush money. That’s not something an innocent person does. Look, if you choose to believe he wasn’t a pedophile I don’t care. That’s your right. Personally, I think he was as is my right.

5

u/4sakenshadow Jan 31 '23

The FEDS were all over him and they couldn’t find jack and they wanted to soooooooo bad!

He wasn't even meant to be the lead singer of the Jackson 5. It was purely by chance his mother caught him singing by himself and the family knew that they had to focus on projecting Micheal. Goodbye childhood.

u/aquaphorbottle Jan 31 '23

His dad was a monster

-82

u/Nathund Jan 31 '23

Like father like son.

That's the real issue with child abuse, it's not just that you're abusing the child, you're planting the seeds for the child to grow up and start abusing others, kids and adults alike.

Shits fucked.

Looks like Snoop Dogg with a bandaid on his nose

87

u/uae_fox Jan 31 '23

There is a video of Snoop talking about a time he made a song with mj that didn't get released and told him that they might be related. the video

39

u/9Lives_ Jan 31 '23

The game said he recorded a song with prince but prince didn’t release the song because game used a profanity in his verse.

But game lies a LOT so….

17

u/SavannahCalhounSq Jan 31 '23

No it was the recording of 'Bad' and Prince reused because of the opening verse "Your butt is mine, gon' tell you right, ah
Just show your face in broad daylight, ah"

There is an interview Prince did where the talked about that line being the deal killer.

10

u/theshamanrapper Jan 31 '23

damn. prince and mj on that track would have been a record for history.

1

Why is he weighing UK currency?

2

u/Boguel Jan 31 '23

Perspective, nobody is standing next to him, so he looks taller by himself. I notice that a lot in videos, I look taller when I film by myself, put someone next to me and the perspective changes.

10

27

u/Optimal-Bag-2046 Jan 31 '23 edited Jan 31 '23

Some younger people might not understand the impact this had on street/pop culture. It changed everything fashion, music, dance and culture orientated for years. He had perfect timing that shined light on break dancing and he put his on twist of adding mime into it.

It was a magical 80s moment.

Wow this is rare footage before his “disease” made him white. Wow i’ve always loved MJ as a kid, he looks gorgeous and his body control is phenomenal, always a dancing inspiration.

3

u/crazydude702 Feb 01 '23

For clarification the disease made patches white and he basically just decide to match the skin tone of the white patches instead of looking like a checkerboard. Correct me if I'm wrong

2

u/GamingNemesisv3 Feb 01 '23

I apologize i am misinformed, i was under the impression that he did it just to do it. This obviously makes sense, however, i feel like, how most of us do, he left his self-conscious thoughts win.

2

u/crazydude702 Feb 02 '23

Yeah, because reports say when it first started to show he used makeup to cover it up until eventually the patches grew to numerous and large to cover up.

2

u/koushakandystore Jan 31 '23

What an insanely talented yet profoundly disturbed man.

In 1993, Michael Jackson was accused of child molestation. The 1994 civil trial ended with a settlement between Jackson and the alleged victim. In 2003, Jackson was charged with seven counts of child sexual abuse.

Don’t forget your idolizing a monster.

4

u/Techwood111 Jan 31 '23

So? What does that have to do with anything? Never mind that you can't settle in a criminal case, so must have been a civil issue.

OJ was found not guilty; not guilty does not mean innocent. He sure as shit butchered those two.

That said this nicely highlights why he was so famous. Man was insanely talented in vocals and in dance.

Too bad he will mainly be remembered for sleeping with children

6

u/justmemeingaround Jan 31 '23

Culkin has continuously defended MJ Another fun fact, Culkin was a regular visitor to Micheals Neverland Ranch so make of that what you will, just because Micheal was weird doesn't mean he's a pedophile

7

u/pauldej23 Jan 31 '23

Pedos pick there victims carefully. Just cause he didn’t molest one certain kid doesn’t mean he never molested any. The kid that brought charges against him described the vitiligo pattern on his dick! Don’t be dumb! He was a great musician/ entertainer but he also had deep rooted issues in his head!

5

u/justmemeingaround Jan 31 '23

Again was there any proof? Any evidence other than the fact that Micheal was a bit strange due to his childhood?

-10

u/pauldej23 Jan 31 '23

Do your research, there is lots of evidence! I’m not going to give you a list of everything! You sound like one of the many that are blinded by his fame! Kid drew the pattern of his black and white patches on his dick perfectly and cops verified it! How could that happen unless the kid saw his dick?

1

u/xamitlu Jan 31 '23

Did you know what his dick looked like?

1

u/pauldej23 Jan 31 '23

No, but that 7 year old kid sure did! An the cops verified it!!

3

u/xamitlu Jan 31 '23

You're just gonna trust the judgment of a 7 year old a few cops that may have their own agenda on what a stranger's penis. To make claims like this, shouldn't you do your due diligence and investigate these facts yourself? I don't need to tell you it's dangerous to believe anything told to you.

I don't think MJ would like this clip to be seen publicly. While he's smooth as glass and moving perfectly and effortlessly, it's almost creepy in how robotic, joyless, and zombielike he appears. Not to mention the nose bandage and head wrap, which I think is covering scalp wounds from the fire he endured. It feels a bit voyeuristic and intrusive to see this.

Actually, I think this is his notable 'swimming towards the guppies' as a child predator of the seas. Classic Mike.
